We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Advisor to join our team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building relationships with clients, and selling insurance policies. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong knowledge of insurance products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sell insurance policies to potential clients through various channels, including telemarketing, outside sales, and retail sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with insurance carriers on behalf of clients
- Market insurance products to generate leads and expand client base
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in sales administration and CRM software

**Must have knowledge of ICBC insurance with at least 6 months of experience.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:
