**Fort Gymnastics** is a non-profit community-based gymnastics club offering WAG (Women’s Artistic Gymnastics), recreational, preschool and drop-in gymnastics to Fort Saskatchewan and surrounding communities.

**Our Mission**: To provide quality gymnastics instruction for all ages and all abilities emphasizing fun, fitness, safety, and progressive development at all levels.

**The Role**: The Fort Gymnastics Club is currently hiring a **part time, Custodian** to maintain the cleanliness of the FGC building.

This is a **Temporary, Part time** position working 8-12 hours per week, depending on season and cleaning requirements related to class volume in the gym. Expected term is **12 Months** with the potential of an extension at the end of term.

**Qualifications**:

- Commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- WHMIS Certification an asset
- Valid driver's license
- Criminal Record Check

**Attributes**
- Detail oriented with strong time management skills
- Ability to manage changing tasks
- Be self-motivated and ensure tasks are completed with mínimal supervision

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean floors (sweeping, mopping)
- Cleaning of entrance, washrooms, office, lobby and training areas
- Empties and cleans garbage cans
- Spot cleans walls, partitions, windows, light switches, and doors
- Restocks dispensers containing soap and toilet tissue.
- Cleans training areas and equipment according to regular schedule that does not conflict with athlete training.
- Additional duties may be required from time to time.

**What to Expect**:

- 8-12 hours per week, 3-4 shifts per week.
- Feedback & Support - ongoing opportunities for formal and informal feedback and support from the Director of Coaching, HR Coordinator and the Board of Directors

**Compensation**:

- Salary range of $22+/hr, depending on experience and equipment
- 2 weeks vacation (during non-peak club times)

**Schedule**:

- Flexible, outside of regular athlete training hours.

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Fort Saskatchewan, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Commercial Cleaning experience: 1 year (preferred)
