**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As Executive Housekeeper, you’ll lead the housekeeping department with a hands-on approach and a sharp eye for detail. You’ll oversee all housekeeping operations, inspire your team, and ensure we’re hitting the high standards our guests expect—while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Managing day-to-day housekeeping operations and team performance
- Planning and coordinating staffing schedules and daily priorities
- Inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and consistency
- Hiring, training, mentoring, and supporting housekeeping staff
- Managing departmental budgets, inventory, and purchasing
- Leading by example and being present on the floor when needed

**What You Bring to the Role**:

- Prior housekeeping experience (required)
- Supervisory or management experience in a hospitality setting (strong asset)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with hiring, training, scheduling, performance management
- Ability to stay calm and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- A professional, detail-oriented attitude with a love of team culture
