**Description**
The Physician Scheduler is a member of a team that will support the Rural Generalist Council Care Model. The team is comprised of the Rural Generalist Coordinator, All Nations Health Partners Health Professional Recruiters, as well as the Medical Executive Assistant. The incumbent will provide wide-ranging support to the Rural Generalist Council stakeholders from the various Service Provider Organizations as well as Physician Leadership. Primary responsibilities for this position include overall administration of the advanced scheduling of physicians within the Rural Generalist Council Care (RGCC) Model of physician resource management.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Grade 12
- Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration is an asset
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or clerical experience is required.
- Knowledge of Health Force Ontario and Emergency Department Locum Program programs will be considered an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Products
- Working knowledge of databases and/or scheduling software
- Superior time management, organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently to meet aggressive deadlines and manage multiple priorities while continuing to pay close attention to detail
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive material in strict confidence
- Ability to problem solve and have strong decision-making skills
- Possess project management skills
- Proactive role in advancements of schedule communication and programs
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development
- Ability to maintain composure and productivity in a fast-faced dynamic environment
- Demonstrated reliable attendance record
