**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
**Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Daily building start-up activities such as Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors in hallways, offices, and common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Dust and clean furniture, windows, and fixtures.
- Set up and take down furniture and equipment for events or meetings
- Report maintenance issues or damages to supervisor.
- Operating floor cleaning unit frequently on production floor space.
- Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly.
- Perform minor repairs or assist with basic facility maintenance as needed.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Must be physically capable of standing, bending, lifting (up to 30 lbs), and performing repetitive tasks
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial or industrial setting

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail
- Time management and organizational skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
