We are seeking a reliable and guest friendly Guest Service agent to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service to our guests during the overnight shift.

- Take reservations, check guests in and out, respond to service requests, maintain security., posting room charges, and reconciling discrepancies
- Prepare daily reports summarizing revenue, occupancy rates, and other key metrics
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service or hospitality position. Experience working at the front desk of a hotel is highly desirable.

- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
