**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
The Change Lead contributes to the HR portfolio by planning, delivering and managing change associated with various projects in accordance with the objectives of the Human Resources Division, strategic plan, and values of the Health Centre. The role is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating various programs as they relate to user adoption, training, testing and other key project milestones.

The Change Lead understands business context and the need for change when developing the change strategy and conducts meaningful analysis to understand and address the impacts of change. This role consults with project teams, Project Managers and the HR Division Leadership Team to support the Organization through change.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:

- Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience
- Project or Change Management certification

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Advanced working level knowledge of various change management methodologies
- Experience in delivering projects that cross people, process and technology domains
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, development, and evaluation with excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Demonstrated conflict resolution and coaching skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic and critical thinking with a can-do attitude.
- Demonstrated service excellence approach and commitment to continuous quality improvement.
