**Duties**
- Install, balance, and rotate tires on various types of vehicles.
- Perform tire repairs and maintenance services as needed.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations based on customer needs.
- Assist in sales by promoting tire products and services to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and maintain high-quality standards.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to tire servicing.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire installation and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Sales experience is a plus, helping to drive product recommendations effectively.
- Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of services performed.
