**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Install drywall, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various installation tasks.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine installation requirements.
- Perform construction painting to finish surfaces according to specifications.
- Lay tile accurately, ensuring even spacing and alignment.
- Assist with welding tasks as needed for structural installations.
- Ensure all installations are plumb and level according to industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in drywall installation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and their proper usage.
- Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints.
- Experience as a carpenter is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with construction painting methods.
- Basic welding skills are a plus.
- Understanding of plumb techniques for accurate installations.
- Experience with tile laying, ensuring precision in layout and design.
