Liston Animal Hospital in Kanata has an immediate opening for a receptionist. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills to join our team.
Experience working in an animal hospital is required.
Our practice offers paid sick leave, extensive health coverage (dental and vision), pets discounts, and a uniform allowance. Salary is based on experience.
Experience with Avimark is considered an asset but not required. Duties would include most aspects of client care, such as greeting clients, checking in pets for their appointments, weighing animals, answering phones, scheduling appointments, invoicing, keeping the reception area looking clean and organized, and answering client questions.
