**Position Overview**:
ProScape Solutions is hiring crew members for snow removal services. As a Crew Member, you will assist with snow removal for both residential and commercial properties. This position requires individuals who are professional, safety-conscious, and able to handle physically demanding tasks. ProScape Solutions provides gloves, safety vests, and ear protection for all employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate snow removal equipment such as snowplows, snow blowers, sweepers, scrapers, and other tools to manage ice buildup.
- Complete jobs with attention to detail and in line with company standards.
- Maintain and care for assigned equipment and tools.
- Adhere to all safety policies and safe work procedures at all times.
- Perform other general labor duties as required, including lifting, bending, pulling, and pushing.
- Drive work trucks to and from job sites, as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in snow removal or landscaping is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Professional, safety-minded, and able to work under time constraints.
- Physically fit and enjoy working outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
- Must be available for shifts during the winter months, which may include working Monday to Sunday and during snow events at night.
- **Driver’s Licence**: A valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s Licence is preferred.
- **Own Transportation**: Must have a vehicle to commute to and from the office.

**Work Schedule**:

- Shifts may vary between **8-hour or 12-hour shifts** depending on weather conditions.
- Weekend shifts may be required, based on snow events and operational needs.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
