We are seeking an experienced profession retail cannabis Budtender to help lead our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain ongoing and professional relationships with our customers.
- Make recommendations from hundreds of products based on customer needs.
- Provide relevant education to customers about their purchase.
- Host the store independently
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems (with management support as needed).
- Communicate risks and opportunities to management.
- Professionally maintain the store's inventory and cash.

Gabriola Cannabis is looking for an experienced and professional retail budtender who can live and work on Gabriola Island - Hosting our busiest time slots.

We offer top hourly rate, deep store discounts, shift equity payments, education and networking support.

We have slots totaling 22 to 32 hours/week at an hourly rate of between $24-30/hour, depending on experience.
