Meet Fresh Prep — Canada’s most convenient and sustainable meal kit delivery service.

As a certified B Corporation, we make convenient eating healthy and sustainable for the communities we operate in. We source quality local ingredients whenever possible, and deliver in reusable, recyclable and compostable packaging. We offer 18 chef-created meal kit recipes each week, with options for many lifestyles and preferences including vegetarian and vegan.

In the past few years, we have collected many awards and recognition for our continued pursuit in being a leader in both customer and employee satisfaction. **What You'll Be Doing**

You will be joining the Brand Ambassador team of the Business Development department. The Business Development department builds corporate and community relationships to drive customer acquisitions and revenue. Brand Ambassadors assist the Business Development department with an in-person presence, and KPI attainment at events.Support the Business Development department at corporate and community activations and events happening throughout the province of British Columbia. Brand Ambassadors will be the face of Fresh Prep, educating prospective customers on Fresh Prep’s offerings, while driving new customer sign-ups.- Executing events on a weekly basis ranging from local farmers markets to large high profile events throughout the province.- Engaging with potential customers and educating them on Fresh Prep’s offerings.- Achieving new customer sign-ups based on outlined KPIs.- Helping with set-up and tear-down of events.

**What We Are Looking For**- You have experience in sales, marketing, events, brand awareness, customer success, or another related role.- Self-starting individuals who are comfortable owning a task from start to finish.- You are reliable and dependable, like to see a job well done, and will ensure that things are done the “right” way. You show up for all scheduled shifts on time and ready to work.

**What You Can Expect**- Salary: $25 per hour, with a $5 bonus per every sign-up achieved.- An inclusive, fun workplace filled with fantastic colleagues. We’re a certified B-Corporation and our team is passionate about making a positive difference (and also about food)- Casual and part-time shift work ranging between 4 to 20 hours per month.- Shifts will be offered in advance of the scheduled events; Brand Ambassadors will commit to the shifts that they are able to work.- Shift locations will vary. Many events will occur within the Greater Vancouver area, with some also occurring throughout the Fraser Valley and the Okanagan.- A Fresh Prep t-shirt will be provided free of charge.
