**The Position**:
We seek a **Part-time Sales Associate **to work in our Gift Shop and be responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere with prompt courteous customer service. **Most shifts will be evenings and weekends. **(Please note that this opportunity will not lead to a full-time role).

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer service, handling any problems that may arise
- Receiving new inventory
- Filing paperwork, keeping track of receipts
- Dealing with transactions involving cash, debit, and credit
- Assisting with opening and closing the store
- Store maintenance and upkeep

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Able to learn quickly and multitask
- Works well in a group environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel while being able to adapt to new programs quickly
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, during Christmas season, and statutory holidays

**Physical Requirements**:

- Constant standing and walking
- Able to climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
