Job Description: Part-Time Laser Technician

Position Overview:
Absolute Medi Spa is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Part-Time Laser Technician to join our team. As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laser aesthetic services, including laser hair removal, fractional laser treatments, skin tightening, and other laser-based treatments using the Fotona Laser system. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to delivering exceptional results and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Perform laser hair removal treatments using the Fotona Laser system, following established protocols and ensuring client safety and comfort.

Administer fractional laser treatments to address various skin concerns, such as acne scars, wrinkles, and uneven texture.

Conduct skin tightening procedures utilizing the Fotona Laser system to enhance collagen production and improve skin firmness.

Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs, assess their skin condition, and recommend appropriate laser treatments.

Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and post-treatment instructions.

Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of treatment rooms and laser equipment, adhering to strict hygiene standards.

Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in laser technology, attending relevant training sessions and workshops.

Educate clients on pre
- and post-treatment care, including potential side effects, expected outcomes, and recommended skincare products.

Uphold a high level of professionalism and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for clients.

Collaborate with the broader spa team to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.

**Requirements**:
Certification or diploma in Laser Technology, Aesthetics, or a related field.

Proven experience in performing laser hair removal, fractional laser treatments, and skin tightening procedures.

Familiarity and proficiency in working with the Fotona Laser system or similar laser equipment.

Strong knowledge of laser safety protocols and guidelines.

Excellent understanding of different skin types and conditions, as well as the ability to assess and recommend appropriate treatments.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and address their concerns.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in performing laser treatments.

Professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-15 per week

**Salary**: $21.50-$23.50 per hour
