**Role Summary**
The Sales Manager is responsible for building and growing TAAC Group’s wholesale business by generating new leads, securing wholesale accounts, and driving revenue across retail channels
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the wholesale sales team to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify new B2B sales opportunities.
- Manage existing accounts through effective account management, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients to close deals.
- Drive territory management initiatives by analyzing market trends and customer needs to optimize coverage.
- Engage in cold calling, inside sales, and direct sales activities to generate new leads and upsell existing clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support territory growth and brand awareness.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on wholesale markets.
- Strong management skills with experience leading a sales team or managing key accounts.
- Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and territory management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively and upsell products or services to clients.
