Who are you?
- Proven manager with 4+ years' experience in retail management;
- Experience and/or passion for interior design;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
- Exceptional organizational skills with task prioritization, multi-tasking, and strong time management;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work with little supervision;
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted;
- Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders;
- Available to work Monday to Friday, daytime and evening, and daytime Saturday and Sunday (40 hours weekly)

What will you do?
- Lead by example through a client-driven attitude by providing exceptional service;
- Ensure each client receives an elite Area Rug Shop experience, through training and coaching;
- Possess design expertise and excellent product knowledge in the industry;
- Communicate accurate and detailed product information to employees and assist in the sales process;
- Ensure day-to-day operations and delegate effectively to meet deadlines;
- Participate in inventory management and reception of goods;
- Ensure showroom cleanliness is maintained, and trending products are highlighted;
- Other duties as required

**Salary**: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: From $41,000.00 per year
