**7:00am - 2:00pm**

**Prek Program**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of young children.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development.
- Utilize organizational skills to maintain classroom order and manage resources efficiently.
- Lead activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development.
- Incorporate technology into lessons to enhance learning experiences.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with working persons disabilities or different learning styles.
- Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.

**Qualifications**
- A diploma in Early Childhood Education
- a team player
- Positive extroverted personality with a love of children.
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficient in written communication for documentation and reporting purposes
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their development.
- Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
