**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Support and implement project timelines and deliverables while ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and inform future initiatives.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
- Facilitate public speaking engagements to promote program awareness and recruit participants.
- support staff or volunteers involved in program activities, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials for outreach efforts.
- Educate stakeholders about program offerings and benefits through workshops or presentations.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in project management with a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Administrative experience that includes data collection, record keeping, and report preparation.
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with recruiting strategies to attract participants for programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with community members and stakeholders.
- Provide individualized support and case management to individuals and families experiencing barriers related to mental health, addiction, housing, and social integration.
- Collaborate with community agencies, healthcare providers, and government organizations to create comprehensive support plans and resources for clients.
- Advocate for clients’ needs, ensuring access to necessary services and support systems to promote positive life outcomes.
- Facilitate community-based programs that focus on skill development, resilience building, and increasing social connectedness for vulnerable populations.
- Conduct intake assessments, provide crisis intervention, and maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with program guidelines and confidentiality standards.

Pay: $54,505.65-$63,700.00 per year
