**Fitset Ninja** is a ninja warrior and obstacle course training facility with locations in both Edmonton and Calgary, AB. We offer many programming options for children to adults. Our programming is designed for all fitness levels from beginner to Ninja Warrior competitor.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Guest Experience Team Member is the first point of contact for all customers who call or come through the door. As the ambassadors of Fitset, they will own the guest experience role by providing excellent customer service to all our clients and guests, as well as demonstrating our values and “ninja” mindset. They will provide necessary support addressing customer inquiry and transactions. They are also responsible for general cleaning and maintenance duties. Our Guest Experience Team Member will work closely with our Customer Service Team to ensure that all customer inquiries are appropriately addressed.

- Previous customer service experience is required
- Knowledge of Google Workspace products (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.) is an asset
- Valid Standard First Aid / CPR-C certification is an asset

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
Customer Service
- Provide necessary information to Customer Service Team for follow up
- Perform check-in procedures for all members, as well as Party & Open Gym guests
- Handle all transactions at the front desk: in-person payments for memberships, fees, concession items, Fitset Ninja swag
- Administer First-Aid to athletes when needed; complete Incident reports when necessary
- Be an advocate for the Fitset Ninja Mission and Values
Procedures
- Maintain existing procedures and help identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to solve all customer inquiries and help identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure all facility attendees have completed waivers
- Prepare fundraiser/gift certificate materials for customer pick-up
- Organize front desk area & staff room area
- Provide feedback to supervisor on opportunities for improvement
Facility Maintenance
- Equipment and facility maintenance: cleaning duties, closing duties
- Organize, refill, and keep inventory of gym equipment and concession/swag stock
- Collaborate with other departments as needed
Bookings
- Provide backend booking support as needed: registering and modifying bookings in SquareSpace, general calendar management
- Perform booking confirmation duties
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Prior Customer Service experience required
- Valid Standard First Aid / CPR-C
**COMPENSATION & REWARDS**
- Competitive hourly wage

Needed for 16-20 hours per week
Work on weekends and Mondays
