**Clayoquot Wilderness Lodge** is a unique, luxury, fully inclusive resort, located on the remote West Coast of Vancouver Island, just a 40 minute boat ride from Tofino. Guests stay with us for 3, 4 or 7 nights and get to experience the best the wilderness has to offer, from Wildlife Viewing to fishing, hiking to canyoning, and even horseback riding.

**Clayoquot Wilderness Lodge **is a true resort destination in that we own and operate our own adventures and activities, and, working closely with the Ahousaht First Nation, provide unprecedented, sustainable access to the UNESCO-designated Clayoquot Sound Biosphere Reserve.

**The Role**

We are now seeking a Reservations Agent to join our growing team. The role will be responsible for working with the reservations team from _Clayoquot Wilderness Resort._

In your new role you will contribute to the achievement of sales & revenue targets designed to deliver strategic outcomes and business growth, through qualification and conversion of reservation enquiries for _Clayoquot Wilderness Resort_, whilst providing exceptional guest service.

Have you got what it takes?
- Must have reservations experience or strong travel agency background
- Strong sales skills and exceptional organizational skills
- The desire and availability to spend time at our beautiful Lodge to truly understand its beauty
- This is a Full-time role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills
- Working knowledge of RMS or similar property management systems preferred
- Working knowledge or experience of Nuvei will be highly regarded.
- A clear and organised mind with strong administrative skills
- A clear and engaging communication style
- A sense of fun and a desire to work with dynamic and engaging hospitality and tourism professionals

**Salary**: Up to $60,000.00 per year
