Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Summerside

Type: Part-time (approximately 15-20 hours per week)

Start date: As soon as possible

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

-      Manage the tenant acquisition process,
-      Support tenants and leasing initiatives,
-      Meet prospective tenants for showings,
-      Offer guidance on new tenant placements,
-      Post and report notices to tenants,
-      Conduct thorough move-in, move-out, and other property inspections,
-      Assist administration with collecting payment from delinquent tenants,
-      Photograph units and create listing descriptions for rental ads,
-      Oversee location-based superintendents and company representatives,
-      Input new properties, photos/videos, and notes into property management software,
-      Liaison with maintenance team on repair issues,
-      Support the manager of Airbnb with miscellaneous duties as required,
-      Any other duties assigned by the Red Sands Management Team.

**Requirements**:

-      Must have valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean criminal background check.
-      Must have strong computer skills,
-      Must have a smartphone which is capable of taking photos and videos,
-      Good at multitasking, problem-solving, and working well under pressure
-      Available to work evenings and weekends as needed, including holidays,
-      Excellent communication skills,
-      Knowledge of real estate law and regulations is a plus
