**Current Opportunity: Onsite Photographer & Office Team Member**

**Location**: Photography onsite throughout lower mainland and office located in South Surrey

**Type**: Full-Time, On-site and in office, multi-role position.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work collaboratively with the team in our South Surrey office
- Onsite Photography of school/sport portraits
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients with questions or concerns
- Call clients to confirm booking details and prepare them for upcoming photo days
- Organize, clean, and format data provided by schools and sports teams
- Perform light image editing or cropping of photos (training provided)
- Maintain general office organization and help ensure deadlines are met
- Help schedule or assign tasks to team members as needed

**What We’re Looking For**
- A permanent long term member of our team
- A strong team player who is also comfortable and confident working independently without direct supervision
- A great personality, the ability to bring high energy when behind the camera.
- Someone who is patient and is comfortable working with children
- Highly self-motivated, able to anticipate tasks and act without needing to be asked, a self starter
- Detail-focused with the ability to stay organized and on top of multiple priorities at once.
- Comfortable taking direction and able to follow through reliably
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and working with data
- Willingness to self-teach new tools or programs using online resources when needed
- Experience with image editing software (Photoshop or Lightroom) is an asset but not required
- Office management experience or comfort assigning and tracking tasks is a plus
- Full-time availability during daytime hours (exact schedule would vary)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to commute to South Surrey or a photo location in the lower mainland reliably
- Must pass a criminal record check, due to working with student and minor data

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
