Our programs are community based supporting adults, diagnosed with developmental delays, Autism, OCD and other behaviours. **Duties and Responsibilities** - Provide and maintain a safe supportive environment - Foster community inclusion and relationships - Ability to encourage and foster independence - Ability to follow health care / behavioural plans - Ability to follow daily schedule and routines - Ability to prioritize, manage crisis, work independently and also as part of a team - Ability to set clear boundaries - Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) - Possess the level of physical fitness necessary to effectively carry out the duties of the position including being able to assist people to transfer.
