TMC Restoration is looking for a **detail-driven, forward-thinking** Furniture Production Coordinator to join our team in **Brampton**. This is a **hands-on, office-based position**—you’ll be working directly with incoming furniture, our sales team, and production staff to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

**About the Role**:
You’ll be the crucial link between sales and production—inspecting furniture as it arrives, confirming all repair details are captured accurately, and writing clear, actionable work orders. But more than just paperwork, this role requires **critical thinking** and **proactive judgment**—you’ll spot problems before they happen, raise red flags, and ensure that instructions are both realistic and complete.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect incoming furniture for accuracy and completeness
- Identify missing details or issues in sales instructions
- Create clear, concise work orders for our production team
- Flag potential production challenges before they arise
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth project handoffs
