**What You’ll Do**

**Support Advisors & Clients**
- Partner with insurance advisors and specialists to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions
- Act as a key liaison between clients, advisors, underwriters, and internal teams
- Prepare for client meetings by coordinating documentation, compliance forms, and follow-ups
- Build strong, trusted client relationships through proactive communication and service

**Support Sales & Growth**
- Manage insurance files from lead through to policy placement
- Assist with post-meeting processes to drive successful sales outcomes
- Track sales activity, new business progress, and reporting dashboards

**Drive Operational Excellence**
- Serve as a CRM “super-user,” ensuring accurate and timely data
- Manage Zendesk tickets to support a seamless client experience
- Maintain organized, compliant insurance documentation
- Support in-force policy servicing and contribute to process improvements

**Uphold Compliance & Professional Standards**
- Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance requirements
- Protect client confidentiality and sensitive information
- Stay current on industry trends, insurer guidelines, and product updates

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, finance, risk management, or a related field
- LLQP designation with a valid Life & Accident & Sickness license
- Experience in insurance sales, advisory, or client service
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and administration
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Confidence working with CRM systems, insurance software, and Microsoft Office
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning
