**Job Summary**:
Mikhaiel Logistics is looking for a highly organized and results-driven **Operations Supervisor** to manage day-to-day operations in our warehouse or logistics facility. This role is responsible for overseeing staff, improving operational efficiencies, ensuring safety compliance, and driving the overall performance of the operations team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**
- Supervise and manage the operations team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in alignment with company goals.
- Provide ongoing training and development to staff, focusing on performance improvement and operational best practices.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and address any performance gaps.

**Operational Management**
- Oversee daily operational tasks, ensuring that workflows are smooth and meet productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage inventory control, order fulfillment, equipment utilization, and logistics operations to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resources.

**Process Improvement**
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Work closely with other departments to streamline cross-functional workflows and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

**Health & Safety Compliance**
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including conducting safety training, inspections, and audits.
- Monitor the work environment to identify potential hazards and take proactive steps to minimize risks.
- Enforce proper use of equipment and safety gear, ensuring that staff members follow all safety protocols.

**Communication & Reporting**
- Act as the point of contact for operational issues, communicating effectively with team members, management, and other departments.
- Prepare and present regular performance and operational reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and progress toward goals.
- Address any operational challenges or concerns promptly and work to resolve them efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in **warehouse or logistics operations**, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management, supply chain logistics, and inventory control.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards within a warehouse or logistics environment.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
