**Job Description**:

- ** PLEASE NOTE: We are looking to fill shifts from 2PM-10PM and 3PM-11PM currently for this role.**
- **Certified or able to be certified to drive a Walkie, counterbalance, high reach truck, order picker and forklift**:

- ** Ensure an efficient and effective product flow by following our operational routines in your everyday work which includes but is not limited to;**:

- ** Unloading and sorting garments **arriving daily by truck or container
- ** Picking, Allocating, Inducting and packing **the right number of garments and/ or products for our customers
- ** Shipping** garments and products to our customers
- ** Process** **returns** ensuring the correct refund is issued to our customers
- ** Stay informed about current campaigns and activities **to maximize sales opportunities
- Keep yourself updated and working with **ongoing Sustainability initiatives**:

- ** Keep your DC environment clean & organize to support operation excellence**:

- **Work in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation with Health and Safety and Security routines **to guarantee your personal safety as well as the safety of your colleagues
- ** Any other duties as required by the Team Leader/Manager**

**Qualifications**:
**Health and Safety**:

- Demonstrated ability to wear proper PPE and comply with safety requirements
- Pulling, pushing, twisting, bending, heavy lifting and standing
- Lift truck certified is required
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs

**Communication, Cooperation & Continuous Improvement Skills**:

- Positive interaction and information sharing with Associates
- Ability to work independently without regular supervision
- Actively finding new and improved ways of completing tasks
- Willing to try new things and assume additional responsibilities
- Ability to establish priorities in their work area
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an asset
- Must possess the ability to multitask, ensuring accuracy and completion for each task
- Ability to use a scanner device for different warehouse tasks
- Excellent time management, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be a team player
