As a **Team Member**, you’ll be the face of Burger King, delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly smile. Whether you're greeting guests, preparing orders, or maintaining a safe and clean environment, your positive attitude and commitment to excellence will make a lasting impact on every guest's experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments.
- Prepare and package food and beverages according to company standards, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, restrooms, and exterior of the restaurant.
- Follow health and safety standards, ensuring proper food handling and cleanliness practices.
- Unload and stock inventory as needed.
- Respond to customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Work efficiently to meet service speed requirements during busy periods.
- Maintain proper sanitation, including handwashing and cleaning duties.
- Follow all Burger King policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Previous experience in food service is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and perform tasks that involve reaching and bending.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
