- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when working with hazardous materials
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Restore surfaces by removing old paint or wallpaper
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

- Proven experience as a painter in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Basic carpentry skills for minor repairs or preparation work
- Familiarity with construction painting, including drywall repair and caulking
- Experience with industrial painting is a plus
- Customer service skills to interact with clients and address any concerns or questions

Please note that this position may require the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights using ladders or scaffolding. Reliable transportation to job sites is also necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal, Freelance

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
