HCC is looking for a **Full-Time Sales Associate (Budtender)** to join our team, who is knowledgeable, responsible and dedicated. Our team has an exceptional understanding of cannabis culture and the products, accessories and merchandise specifically curated for our awesome customers. **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Always greet customers as they enter the store.
- Create a fun, educational, and informative experience for all customers, regardless of their experience level.
- Having a thorough understanding of Cannabis products and related accessories. This can be developed on the job.
- Recommend products including all forms of cannabis and accessories to customers.
- Excel at selling and are passionate about quality service delivery
- Utilizing upselling techniques to increase revenue.
- Staying informed on industry standards and Cannabis trends.
- Providing well-written product reviews.
- Contributing to daily operational demands such as performing duties associated with the day to day care and functioning of the store, and overall operational excellence.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store at all times.
- Perform tasks related to stocking, inventory audits and following SOPs.
- ID customers as required by law.
- Adhering to all current AGCO guidelines, company policies and standards

**Qualifications**:

- Must be 19 and over and have valid a Cansell certificate.
- College and university students are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical competency with technology and software.
- Punctual and Reliable.
- Availability for shifts between 8:30 am to 11:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.
- Experience in retail sales is required.
- Hardworking, responsible and a flexible team player.
- Motivated to grow and evolve continually.
- Passion and excitement for cannabis flower and all of its derivatives.
- Desire to educate customers about the benefits associated with cannabis use without giving medical advice.
- Must be able to work days, evenings and weekends.
- Police background check will be required as per AGCO requirements.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
