**Job Duties**
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research and networking, initiate contact, and build a pipeline of leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored products and solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, emphasizing product benefits and features.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, track progress, and provide regular reports and forecasting to the Sales Director.
- Customer Support: Offer post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to align sales strategies and improve customer experience.
- Industry Networking: Participate in industry tradeshows, events and conferences to expand networks and stay updated on market trends.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Immunology, Biology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the IVD, Biotech, or related industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and Google Workspace.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed for trade shows, customer visits, and other business-related events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
