**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor CCTV systems ( Avigilon) and report any suspicious activity.
- Conduct regular patrols and respond to security incidents as directed and needed.
- Write detailed reports on daily activities, incidents and observations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, employees and emergency personnel.
- Maintain a professional and vigilant presence at all times.
- Enforce and abide by all Health and Safety, Company policies and all Security Operation Procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard license
- Valid First Aid Certification
- Minimum 2 years of security experience, with a focus on CCTV monitoring.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and make quick sound decisions.
- Shifts are 20 hrs/week. - rotations. Must be available to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekend days and weekend night, holidays and cover vacation shifts when required.
