We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. This role is essential in supporting various projects and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Laborers will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the success of our operations through physical labor and teamwork.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with their duties, providing support to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your teammates.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required for specific tasks.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety practices.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions as required by the job site.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals willing to learn.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
