**Reporting to**: Terrain Park Supervisor and Risk Manager
**Start Date**: December/January 2025/26

At Brimacombe ski area we don’t just offer skiing and snowboarding, we offer a place for all ages to get outside, enjoy the fresh air and create memorable family experiences We are currently seeking outgoing, customer-focused team members to help us turn everyday visits into wonderful winter memories.

As part of our Terrain Park Team, you will take a key role in creating unforgettable customer experiences, as well as defining the culture of our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining safe and efficient operation and control over Vault, Piggy Bank and Snow Cross Course at all times
- Upkeep of features and surrounding relevant areas, including testing features on skis or snowboard
- Accurate completion of required daily records
- Daily set up and takedown of park related features and safety equipment
- Educate guests in safe use of Freestyle Terrain
- Provide superior guest service at all times
- Prevention of access by anyone without a helmet or proper passes
- Maintain a friendly and outgoing personality
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Abide by Brimacombe’s standards and policies at all times
- Using two-way radios for communication
- Being a lean, mean snow shovelling machine, because snow happens here...a lot
- Delivering support when needed to prevent/resolve customer issues
- Ready to take on any challenge or help other team members when needed
- Assist during Park events

**Qualifications**:

- 18 years of age, or older
- Skiing/Snowboarding experience necessary: must be able to test features by doing 50/50s or Ski Slides on boxes, rails and straight airing jumps
- Professional, energetic and dependable
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Must be able to reason and react with quick and thoughtful judgement while remaining calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail

- Intermittent paid training will be scheduled prior to first regular shift.
