**Position Overview**:

- Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers to educate them about the benefits of going solar and the options available.
- Conduct lead generation activities through various avenues including; residential marketing (door-to-door), retails events, trade shows, and referrals.
- Ensure client data and relevant sales information is accurately created and stored using our CRM.
- Close deals and ensure a seamless transition to our project management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to effectively educate customers on the benefits of solar energy.
- Student mentality, strong work ethic, and ability to solve problems.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably B2C.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools preferred.
- Leadership skills are an asset.
