**Requirements**:

- a valid class 5 drivers license and clean driver's abstract.
- ability to consistently push, pull, and carry 50+ pounds.
- basic knowledge of small engine equipment.
- comfortable operating small engine machinery.
- lawn care and snow removal experience is an asset.
- must be able to work on an 'on call' basis.
- must be able to withstand extreme weather conditions.

**Job Description**:

- part time / casual residential snow removal using snow blowers and shovels.
- arrive at the shop, hop in a Cleanr Property Maintenance work truck, clear all the properties on your assigned route, do a good job and get rewarded

**Experience**:

- previous snow removal or lawn care experience is an asset and will be considered.
- previous experience working outdoors or doing physical work is considered an asset.
- no formal education required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Snow Removal: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Drivers License (required)
