**Responsibilities**:

- assit with the renovation of apartment units
- removal and intallation of plumbing fixtures
- other renovation tasks available

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in residential plumbing, specifacally apartment buildings
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Plumbing/Renovating: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
