**FreshPoint FreshCuts - General Warehouse Heavy Labour/Spin Dryer**(No Experience Needed)

Please note that our **Richmond location**is in a **refrigerated environment**(around 5 degrees Celsius) and personal protective equipment will be provided.

**Availability Required**
- Full-time, Saturday and Statutory Holiday availability
- Shift start time may vary between 8am to 10:30am depending on business needs, advanced notice will be provided (e.g. 8am-4:30pm, 9:30am-6pm)

**Responsibilities**

**Spin Dryer**
- Handle 70 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Transport washed product into and from spin dryer machines via barrels and totes
- Assemble orders and build pallets
- Perform repetitive motions such as push, pull, lift, toss
- Support the production department with other duties per business needs (e.g. wash, cut, sort, pack, weigh produce)
- Follow instructions from lead-hand or production supervisors to ensure production goals are met
- Work with sanitizing chemicals

**Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements**
- No experience required
- Basic English proficiency
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (around 5 degrees C)
- Lift 30 to 50 lbs (heavy duty production worker) or 70 to 100 lbs (spin dryer)

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From $20.30 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
