Soul Automotive is a licensed repair and maintenance shop based out of Nisku, AB. We are currently looking to add an experienced Service Writer to our team

**Duties will include**:

- Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling diagnostic and repair services
- Writing estimates, providing quotes and getting customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalizing sales, and completing customer follow up
- Communicate with technicians
- Discussing work orders with customers
- Ordering parts accurately and on time
- Handling payments

**Minimum two years of service writer experience required**
- A strong understanding of automotive parts and services
- Ability to be professional and deliver exceptional service to clients
- A great attitude with ability to work as a team
- Mechanical inclination and a knowledge of how cars work
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of ShopMonkey is considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
