**Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's development.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and activities.
  • Provide support to children with special needs and disabilities, ensuring their participation in all activities.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Manage classroom activities efficiently while demonstrating strong time management skills.
  • Lead group activities that promote socialization, learning, and play.

**Skills**

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is an asset.
  • Experience working with children in various settings, including childcare or early childhood education environments.
  • Strong understanding of special education principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
  • Leadership abilities to guide and inspire children in their learning journey.
  • Computer operation skills for record keeping and communication purposes.
  • Time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities within the classroom setting.
