**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs tailored to the needs of children.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's development.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and activities.
- Provide support to children with special needs and disabilities, ensuring their participation in all activities.
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Manage classroom activities efficiently while demonstrating strong time management skills.
- Lead group activities that promote socialization, learning, and play.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is an asset.
- Experience working with children in various settings, including childcare or early childhood education environments.
- Strong understanding of special education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
- Leadership abilities to guide and inspire children in their learning journey.
- Computer operation skills for record keeping and communication purposes.
- Time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities within the classroom setting.
