Technician Assistant

**Position Overview**
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on **General Technician Assistant** to support our field teams in delivering exceptional service to homeowners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, problem-solving, and being part of an environmentally forward-thinking company. You’ll play a vital support role on jobsites by preparing materials, assisting with equipment, supporting system inspections and repairs, and helping maintain site cleanliness and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist technicians on-site with septic installations, septic servicing and system repair tasks.
- Prepare, load, and organize tools, equipment, and materials for daily service calls.
- Support light excavation, cleanup, and jobsite prep/restoration as needed.
- Help ensure all tools and equipment are used and maintained properly.
- Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members.
- Deliver signs or marketing materials to designated mailbox locations (as needed).
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance, representing SepTech on client properties.
- Take initiative on small tasks and show a willingness to learn and grow into a technical role.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physically fit and able to work in various outdoor conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Comfortable working around soil, septic systems, and related equipment (training provided).
- Experience with tools, small machinery, or construction sites is an asset but not required.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
