**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
2. Answer questions about products or the company
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
4. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
5. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
6. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
3. Excellent knowledge of English, Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
4. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
**5. Language**: Mandarin is a plus
