The Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel offers an upscale experience for many valued guests, and provides an equally thrilling experience to grow a career With 32,000 square feet of meeting and convention space and 390 premium guest rooms, our Associates are front and center of the hotel; driving all aspects of the business

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivers warm and connected guest service
- Greets all guests as they enter the hotel
- Assists guests with their luggage
- Stores luggage for guests in the secured bell storage room
- Takes ownership of guest complaints, finding creative ways to solve problems and follow-ups with the guest
- Assists with guest questions and makes recommendations about the local area (dining, tourist attractions, etc.)
- Delivers items to guest rooms (i.e. flowers, letters, etc.)
- Maintains bell carts to ensure they are presentable and in good working order
- Performs other tasks assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- **Is available to work anytime without restrictions, including weekdays, mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and stat holidays.**:

- Is a friendly, energetic person who prides themselves on creating memorable guest experiences through warm & genuine service
- Has previous customer service experience
- Takes initiative to find creative ways to respond to guest requests
- Understands that success lies in working together and enjoys being part of a team
- Gets excited by an energetic, fast-paced environment
- Speaks fluent English. Additional languages to connect with international guests is an asset
- Is excited to belong to a team of caring, warm, energetic Team Members

Pay: Up to $20.07 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
