**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Flooring Installer to join our team. As a Commercial Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of various types of commercial flooring in a professional and efficient manner.

Our specialization includes LVT, broadloom carpet, carpet tile, VCT, white rock wall coverings, linoleum, coving, and all types of wall base. We also have extensive experience in floor preparation, including self-leveling techniques.

You will work closely with our clients to ensure their flooring needs are met and provide exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install various types of commercial flooring, including LVT, broadloom carpet, carpet tile, VCT, linoleum, and wall coverings.
- Prepare the job site for installation, including floor leveling and surface preparation.
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit the designated area.
- Install flooring according to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure proper adhesion and seam sealing for a seamless finish.
- Inspect and repair any damaged or uneven surfaces before installation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their flooring requirements and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Commercial Flooring Installer
- In-depth knowledge of various commercial flooring materials and installation techniques.
- Proficient in using flooring installation tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and flooring specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 60 per week
