**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Meet with families to discuss cremation arrangements with sensitivity and professionalism
- Coordinate logistics for cremation arrangements, including transportation
- Manage paperwork such as death certificates, permits, and legal documentation accurately and efficiently
- Oversee the preperations of the deceased, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper handling and care
- Maintain detailed records of all arrangements and communications in compliance with legal and company standards

**Experience**
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely is essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide empathetic support during sensitive situations
- Valid driver’s license is required for transportation responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
