Internal Advisor

**NewRoads Toyota Newmarket, **a division of the NewRoads Automotive Group is hiring an **Internal Advisor / Lot Attendant.**

**Responsibilities of a **Internal Advisor / Lot Attendant**
- Check in new vehicles that have previously arrived on the prior day;
- Ensure that new and used vehicle lot display is ready for sales;
- Report to sales management any items that need to be addressed for inventory display;
- Receive and process internal work orders for New and Used vehicle departments;
- Manage and follow through with reconditioning, sublet and detailing for vehicle get-ready in a timely fashion;
- Schedule vehicle get-ready based on delivery times and showroom display;
- Completed work orders to be closed and finalized daily;
- All completed work orders to be filed;
- Schedule service appointments;
- Maintain, cleanse and update customer vehicle database;
- Respond to customer needs and work together with frontline dealership Service Manager/Advisor for exceptional customer experience;
- Maintain a pleasant telephone manner and assist customers as required;
- Act as initial contact for customer complaints and get appropriate individuals involved to resolve matters and identify ways to ensure that similar complaints do not occur again;
- Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures;
- Inspect and report any vehicular damages;
- Drive, rearrange and move vehicles on the lot;
- Maintain lot security and cleanliness;
- Verify vehicle serial numbers for invoices;
- Wash, buff and shine vehicle exteriors when required;
- Wash and clean vehicle interiors when required;
- Safely transport customers to and from the dealership in NewRoads Newmarket shuttle when required;
- Take pictures of newly arrived pre-owned vehicles and upload them on our website within 48 hours;
- Follow up on back-ordered accessories when required;
- Assure a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Other duties as time permits, at the discretion of the Service Manager and the Sales Managers.
