We are currently hiring to fill the position of a PART TIME Invoicing Clerk. This position is responsible for invoicing a variety of client groups, assisting daily operations in our office & providing customer service.

The successful applicant must be organized, pay attention to detail, demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create complete customer profiles
- Invoice daily tickets
- Compile all information needed for invoicing, PO#s, signatures, locations
- Submit invoices to payment programs
- Direct phone calls
- Filing
- Misc. office related tasks
- Assisting office manager as needed

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Sage is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Office assistant Diploma/or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong willingness to learn

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required
