**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Camp Counsellors to join our team for an exciting summer camp experience. As a Camp Counsellor, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and educational environment for children. You will be responsible for guiding campers through various activities, fostering their personal growth, and ensuring their overall well-being throughout their time at camp.
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and engage with campers during daily activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Plan and lead educational and recreational activities that promote teamwork, creativity, and skill development.
- Provide guidance and support to campers, helping them navigate social interactions and personal challenges.
- Foster a positive camp culture by encouraging respect, inclusivity, and cooperation among campers.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding camper progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized camp environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with fellow counselors to develop program schedules and ensure smooth operation of camp activities.
**Requirements**:
- Experience working with children in a camp or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire young campers.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Passion for outdoor activities, arts and crafts, sports, or other recreational pursuits that can be shared with campers.
- Must be adaptable, patient, and able to handle challenging situations with composure.
