**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair make-up air systems and related HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with industrial HVAC systems, providing effective solutions.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and compliance.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams on system design and improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Provide training and support to junior technicians and apprentices as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to make-up air systems.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial HVAC systems, with a focus on make-up air systems.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and controls.
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to HVAC installations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various environmental conditions.
- Must be able to pass a physical exam and drug screening.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
